What work do you typically outsource to third parties?

For turns and property management, we only outsource specialty trades such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repair. For rehabs, we GC/project management each home ourselves but hire subcontractors to perform all of the work other than final punch lists, which our own team handles.
